TRANSLION Translation Agency offers the service of translator seal certification.

Translator seal certification can be required when submitting documents to an embassy for obtaining guest or mission visa as well as when it is necessary to only certify accuracy of translation.

We can certify any document with our seal. Therewith, document translation is bound to the original (or a copy); on the reverse side of the translation there is the date, source and target languages, number of clamped pages as well as translator’s round seal and signature.

It’s only up to You how You would like to certify Your documents, our managers can only recommend ways of certification based on their personal experience. However, rules often change and we are just unable to keep up-to-date with document acceptance rules of all the agencies.

Therefore, we strongly recommend to request information on how documents should be formalized from the agency where the documents will be submitted to.
